Our Process

1. Initial conversation

Introduction conversation with the NTX team.

Opportunity to ask questions and discuss the needs/wants on your project. Discuss budget and NTX pricing per square foot.

2. Site visit

We like to visit the site together to understand what all may be needed to provide you the best guidance on your project.

If you don't have a site purchased don't worry, the process doesn't stop for you. If you already have house plans bring those with you!

3. Plan design

If you already have your plans bring those to the site visit meeting and if you dont, no problem we can help!

NTX works with local plan designers to assist you in providing customized plans for your dream home!

4. Bid

Once plans are completed and your lot is purchased we'll be able to provide a formal bid for you.

This will give you a look into the allowances we've budgeted for your project.

5. Contract

After acceptance of the formal bid all parties will sign an official building contract

Thereafter construction will officially begin! We can't wait to see how your project comes together!
